Bath and Body Works!

Hey guys! Today I went to a nearby Bath and Body Works to check out their products. I have never bought anything from their store myself (I have been gifted their products from family and friends), so I decided to go there myself. They were having a sale on their mini versions of their products (3 for $10) so I decided that I would get 3.
The first thing I got was a cherry blossom body lotion. This is by far my favorite scent. To me, this smells musky, yet floral, which I LOVE!
The next thing I got was a country chic body lotion. This scent is really fresh, and for some reason, reminds me of my shampoo...LOL!
The last thing I picked up was a white citrus body lotion. To me, it smells floral, but fruity as well. This might just be a new favorite scent! Haha :)
That's everything I got from bath and body works and I am really pleased with the quality of the products. Hope you guys liked this post!

Review - Drugstore (Ecotools) Makeup Brushes

Hey everyone! I apologize for the lack of posts but I really have been very busy. I will try to put up posts more often, but it really depends on my ever-changing schedule. Anyways, today I have a review on some drugstore makeup brushes I picked up a couple of weeks ago. The reason why I bought these is because I saw Elle Fowler, or AllThatGlitters21 on YouTube using similar ones in a makeup tutorial. These makeup brushes are really inexpensive and well worth your money.
First off, these makeup brushes are made of bamboo, cruelty free bristles, and recycled aluminum ferrules. It also comes with a cosmetic bag and the packaging can be reused as a storage pouch...How awesome is that?!?!
Second, this brush set comes with a blush brush, eye shadow brush, eyeliner brush, concealer brush, and a lash and brow groomer. The blush brush is so amazingly soft!!! The concealer brush is amazing and blends my concealer beautifully. Also, the lash and brow groomer allows me to shape my brows and lengthen my lashes. I haven't had a chance to try the eyeshadow or eyeliner brush yet since I don't wear eyeshadow or eyeliner, but I can tell they will be good from my experience with the other brushes.
I strongly recommend these brushes as they are super affordable and ecofriendly. I hope you all enjoyed this review and I hope to be posting more soon!

I apologize for no pictures but I have no clue how to upload pictures from my phone ;p

Favorites :)

Hey everyone! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted anything but I've been really busy lately... But anyways, this post is about my favorite cream and lotion. The cream that I've been loving is the Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream because it's just super moisturizing (haha) and it's really thick and has no fragrance. I noticed a big difference after just one use and I definitely recommend this product for people with super dry, sensitive skin. Also, the lotion that I've been using every single day is the Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy Original Moisturizing Lotion. As you can tell, I have very dry, sensitive skin. I think this lotion is better for the summer time because lotions just aren't as moisturizing during the winter time as they are really watery and not as thick as creams. Two downsides to this product is that it makes your skin look REALLY oily - when I put it on my face, it always looks like I'm sweating so I use the back of my hand to pat some of it off. Also, I noticed a strange scent to it when using it the first few times but it's gone away now. Since the weather is getting cooler, I will be using my cream more often than my lotion. Hope you enjoyed/liked this post! I promise I will be posting more soon!

Review - Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

As promised, here's another review! Today's quick review is on Maybelline's Fit Me Concealer. So first off, I just wanted to say that they don't have too many shades to choose from. When I bought mine, I was a little skeptical because the lightest shade seemed a little too dark for my skin tone (the shade I got was 10 Light). I went home and tried it out and let me tell you, this stuff blends like a dream and was the perfect shade!!! I use this under my eyes, around my nose and on any other blemishes that I might have and the end result is amazing :-D. You need very little product and your skin looks super flawless after applying a bit of this concealer. I put this on in the morning with my Ecotools Concealer Brush after I use my Garnier Anti-Puff Eye Roller. I love this product so much and I think this is such a must-have! It was super affordable as well (I think I got mine for about 6 dollars) but when there's a sale you'll get an even greater deal! Hope you liked this review! More blog posts/reviews will be coming soon!

P.S. I'm thinking about also doing favorite clothing items/accessories and just random blog posts as well :-)

Candles By Victoria :-)

Hello! So today I wanted to talk about an amazing company called Candles by Victoria. They make fresh, hand made candles that are poured when you order them! They have a huge variety of scents (over 700 fragrances!) and range from bakery, floral, fruity, house blend, tropical, Christmas, top shelf, clean, earth, perfume and cologne, and the Candleman's closet. I love the fact that their candles are really unique looking and sound so good-smelling!!! Their products are very reasonably priced and there are just so many to choose from! To be honest, I haven't tried their products out yet but I know I will soon for sure. They also sell tarts and tart warmers which is super cool. Tarts, also called scent shots, are pieces of highly scented wax that you put into a tart warmer. A tart warmer is basically a dish where you put your scent shots in to melt them and release their fragrance!  The products that I really want to try out are the tart warmer and the scent shot sampler pack. The candle that I want to try the most is the hot cocoa with marshmallows candle because it comes in an adorable mug and seems like the perfect fall/winter scent. If you were wondering, I heard about this company from EGHeartsSSC and AllThatGlitters21 who are Youtube beauty gurus :-). I hope you go check their company out and also buy some of their products because they seem really great!!!

Review - Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller

So I'm back with another review today! Today's review is on Garnier's Anti-Puff Eye Roller. It is an eye roll-on gentle eye massage which decongests puffiness and diminishes dark circles. It has caffeine and pro-vitamin B5 in it which basically refreshes and hydrates your eye area. I purchased this a few months ago at the drugstore and have used it every single day in the morning ever since. I use this after I moisturize my face and I roll this under my eyes two times and then use my ring finger to pat it in. I didn't see instant results, and I wasn't expecting instant results, but after about a week after I first started using it, I noticed a difference. My under-eye puffiness reduced and my dark circles weren't as severe. After about a month's use, I could really tell that my under-eye puffiness had drastically reduced ever since using this product. It feels really cool when you apply it, and the product comes out of a metal roller ball. This product makes me feel more awake in the morning and it's just so fun to apply! (In my opinion - haha :-P). I recommend this product for those of you who have under-eye puffiness and dark circles and are looking to reduce the severity of the puffiness and minimize the dark circles. I bought mine on sale for buy one get one 50% off so I actually bought two :-D. They were $13.99 so I got both for $22.71 (including tax). I hope you enjoyed/liked this review!

My First Blog Post - Review! Evolution of Smooth (eos) Lip Balm in Summer Fruit

Hey everyone! This is my first ever blog post and I'm so excited! I'm going to be reviewing a product today and I have to say, this is an insanely good lip balm! As you can tell by the title, it is the eos lip balm in summer fruit. It has shea butter, vitamin E, and jojoba oil in it which makes and keeps your lips "moist, soft and sensationally smooth". eos lip balms are 95% organic, 100% natural and paraben and petrolatum free which is pretty darn amazing. I purchased this product about a month ago and use it when my lips are feeling extra dry. It smells really good - not too subtle but not too strong. I love the fact that when I put it on, it doesn't feel like I have a whole lot of product on and it just smells absolutely divine. I cannot say enough good things about this lip balm! It is really moisturizing and is definitely worth the money. eos lip balms are usually about 3-4 dollars for one so I definitely recommend you go check this product out. They also have a whole lot of other flavors as well, and being me, I actually already picked up two more - Lemon Drop (which has spf in it), and Strawberry Sorbet (no spf). I hope you liked this first blog post/review!
